Completing a report for an exercise or real world event does not have to be a daunting task. Accurately documenting incidents and exercises allows stakeholders and participants to actively engage in an improvement process. Both templates utilize the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) format to make a simple yet effective way to document outcomes and set up a plan for addressing identified gaps.
If you have any questions about either of these documents please contact Glynn Pleasant, Exercise Coordinator, at firstname.lastname@example.org, or Gary Lehman, Exercise Coordinator, at email@example.com.
